Talking Together - Jess Loseby & Tara Noid - Daily Life

I looked for traces of you being in a chair, but there was only one collage that struck me - it seemed like you were lying on the floor with your little boy, perhaps there was a thin pair of legs sticking out, but I could not be sure if I saw this right, or I just imagined it.

There is another thing: on all my pictures of legs the toes are always pointing down. These are like personal trademarks that have been in my work for years and years. The spokes of the wheels are often used in images and also my boots. This is the first new pair of shoes I have had in nearly 10 years, my shoes don't wore out. They also fall off, your feet wriggle about and they fall off and you don't realise. The picture of my old boots turns up a lot, they are like me, because I have had them for so long. Little signatures. They are manipulated. Layers are made up of the wheels, and backgrounds out of the spokes. All this clues, a pair of boots in the corner. In thinking about me it says "the shoes you see on the streets are mine". All this code, very cryptic.
