Talking Together - Jess Loseby & Tara Noid - Collaboration

I have been wondering about collaboration, you mention it as important in your CV. If you work on the net you HAVE TO collaborate, a presumption or a kind of mythology - I wondered about your work. I did not see collaboration as a huge aspect of your work, but it relates to a certain extent to the furtherfield residency and the-cyber-kitchen project. What is your interest in collaboration and what is for you the essence of collaboration? I have been
talking to a girl in Zagreb, we are talking about doing something
together - and - what we are going to do is to put personal images
up and then she is gonna work into it and then I do some work to
it. Again its this take-over thing, and that's what interests me,
its this "I am gonna put my stuff here and then lets see"
...that's what's interests me. Collaboration per se, I could say
take it or leave it, which is a good and a bad thing - because I
have my little hermit life here, I have my sources, I have my music,
I go to the computer, so its not.... a big part of my work, but
if it comes up I really enjoy it. |
