I have just read the text that your last paragraph links to: Walter Benjamin, On The Concept of History (1940).  It has been weeks since we last communicated.  I am watching two strangers chat each other up in a bar.

We have been using this writing to envisage a performance writing network which is not - or at least, as I mention in the previous thread, which might be - an assumption with little basis but the logic which has lead us there.  In this sense, it is an illuminating practice, looking through 'performance writing network' as a kind of lens to view ourselves and reading.

In this instance I would just like to alter the nature/position of the lens....
